It's England from Axis Powers Hetalia! He's so tsundere; it's amazing! His eyebrows are so thick; it's amazing! (is obsessed... with a country...? haha) (Ever since this USxUK amv, set to Miku's "World is Mine". So cute!! [link])

Coloring this took so long! My scanner always does funky things with the colors if they're light, so I tried shading really darkly and I guess this is what happens? =]
